Made a payment to Capital One on behalf of Walmart Credit card on XX/XX/XXXX and they cleared the payment from my account and credit the payment. However they have it on hold for XXXX days. The supervisor states its no reason at all that it should be on hold and not sure why and refuse to release the hold so I could use my card. If I was I formed my payment would be placed on hold I would never had made a payment greater then what was due. When I asked how come she can not override she state cause of policy. I asked for the policy and of course she states she can not give it to me. I will fill a lawsuit for discrimination. I do not get help to buy food or anything which is what I use this card for and now I'm told the money will not be available till the XXXX when everything is closed... Great!!
