I received an email from Experian on XX/XX/2022 @ XXXX central time, It stated unable to process funding from debit card. I phoned company on same day and spoken with XXXX, If this is really customer service agent name. I have had many flags from my XXXX XXXX XXXX someone has tried using my information and it somehow show up on my credit report and, I haven't applied for XXXX XXXX nor loans. I had no issues with other consumer agencies but for some reason, Experian claims, I upgraded my account in which, I haven't and, I have requested account frozen since XX/XX/2022, but you see many inquiries have been requested and stating, I have given permission. I have a code as well as PIN to get into my account and this individual by the name of XXXX whom, I was on phone stated, I needed to pay {$24.00} to my account or {$4.00} a month. I feel this is discrimination when calling asking for address Experian states that information can not be given out, I know they're XXXX in XXXX, GA as well as XXXX address in XXXX as well as the XXXX, Texas address. I feel, if they can not do their job then something or some other corporations should step in this is why people credit is faulty now. I will step up higher, if this issue can not be correct. This card is not linked to me. I have not credit with these numbers
