We have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone at this company to secure a pay off letter to pay off this judgment so she can sell her property located in XXXX XXXX Virginia XXXX I am XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX handling the sale of her property. There does not seem to be any contact information for MRC Receivables Corp on line. I believe they are a XXXX corporation. I also think their parent company is Encore Capital Group. I can not get a hold of anyone there and other subsidiaries of that entity have no record of this debt. We need a pay off letter, good thru XX/XX/XXXX so she can sell her house on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX per her real estate sales contract. Can you assist?
