In late XX/XX/XXXX, I received alert about several hard inquiries on my credit report. I called all companies on my report at that time to report fraud and those hard inquiries have since been removed. Most of the accounts failed approval because they could not complete proper documents to get approval. Two days ago XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed a significant drop on my credit score provided with my credit card statement. It turns out this was secondary to a delinquent account with XXXX XXXX that was sent to collected via CREDIT SYSTEMS. Apparently an account USING MY SOCIAL was opened XX/XX/XXXX and closed in XXXX of XXXX. There is not a balance of {$360.00} unpaid. This was done in XXXX. TX, where I have never lived and where I have no family/associates. While looking at my experian credit report, I also noticed 4 hard inquires for which I am not responsible. One was with XXXX, one with XXXX XXXX, one with XXXX and one with XXXX. I did not apply for any of these accounts.
