On XXXX I notified each of the consumer reporting agencies, the secondary reporting agencies, XXXX, and XXXXXXXX XXXX, that several of the rights given to me by Congress have been violated. No account can be furnished on my credit file without my written permission. I have given nobody written permission to furnish a XXXX XXXX XXXX on my file. I am demanding that they cease and desist any conveying of information directly or indirectly to any person through medium regarding these false debts. I have filed an identity theft report. Being that Im a victim of identity theft, all consumer reporting agencies and secondary agencies must remove and block these accounts within 4 days of being notified. It is past 4 days so they are in violation. Also reporting any account as a charge off is illegal and is considered tax fraud by the IRS.
