My dispute is regarding : Financial Data Systems XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX Early XX/XX/XXXX Financial Data Systems XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX to report me for collections as owing {$90.00} in XXXX XXXX. They claimed that they sent me a notification regarding this debt in XX/XX/XXXX. I NEVER received any notification about this {$90.00} debt. The first I heard of it was when I was alerted of the collections on my credit report. Upon being made aware of this debt I immediately disputed it with all 3 credit bureaus. Both XXXX and XXXX removed the debt within 48hrs of my dispute. However, XXXX refuses to remove the debt. They state that " we have verified that this item has been reported correctly. '' Which is not true. This company never alerted me to this debt prior to putting me in collections. I called the company the week of XX/XX/XXXX. According to them the debt was from a service at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and they sent me a notice in the mail. Only 1 notice in XXXX, that's it. They never called me. I did not receive this notice at all. I believe they are lying. I gave the representative my phone number to have them call me back. No one called me back so far. I also filed a dispute with the company. I requested a dispute ID number so that I can call later to check the status. The representative said they don't have tracking numbers.
