On XX/XX/22, I notified each of the consumer reporting agencies, the secondary reporting agencies, XXXX card and XXXX that several of my rights as a consumer had been violated. Both of these companies furnished accounts on my credit file without my written permission. I am also a victim of identity theft. It is required under 605 b of the Fair Credit Reporting Act that these accounts be removed and blocked from my credit file within 4 business days. I am demanding that these accounts follow 15 1692 c and cease and desist all conveying of information directly or indirectly to any person through any medium regarding these fraudulent accounts. Also XXXX and XXXX are committing tax fraud by reporting a charge off to my file. They are also reporting information that is not accurate or true.
