I XXXX XXXX, natural person have attached my FTC report, IDENTIFICATION, I AM DISPUTING ON MY OWN, NO ONE IS HELPING ME IN light of recent investigation brought upon XXXX, i find that my consumer file is being irresponsibly tampered with. Over the past 2 years I have made several attempts to remind you of your duty pursuant 15 usc 1681. it appears you're intentionally and willfully being neglectful in remedying my affairs. 15 usc 1681 e ( B ) assures that i am due, promised accuracy in my report based on federal law. I am making this complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( 15 U.S. Code 1693a ) as well as with the attorney general as another attempt to have these errors corrected on my consumer report. 15 USC 1681I ( A.5 ) SAYS THAT AFTER THE REINVESTIGATIONS ALL OF THE UNVERIFIED INFORMATION MUST PROMPTLY BE REMOVED. YOU CAN SEE IN YOUR SYSTEM THAT THESE ACCOUNTS WERE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED WITHOUT BEING THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED THUS I KNOW THAT IT CAN NOT BE VERIFIED OR VALIDATED. also, you are in violation : 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) - Infringed Upon a Consumers right to privacy Why is this a Violation? XXXX has no business going out and looking for negative information thats Infringed Upon a Consumers right to privacy. Second Violation 15 usc 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 1 ) In response to the order of a court having jurisdiction to issue such an order, a subpoena issued in connection with proceedings before a Federal grand jury, or a subpoena issued in accordance with section 5318 of title 31 or section 3486 of title 18.
