I have freeze on my credit report at all three agencies. I am attempting to open a new bank account and they use Experian. My login did not work because my phone number has changed. In order to change my phone number they require that I mail them a letter with a bunch of identification information and someday they will send me via mail what I need to login. When I call Experian there is no possible way to speak to a real person. This is unreasonable. I now have to wait several weeks to gain access to my account so I can unfreeze the hold. The other two reporting agencies allowed me to do this online. How can a company hold that kind of power over me when I have not even granted them that power??
