On XX/XX/XXXX I received a refund for an item I purchased XX/XX/XXXX. The item is recalled and I was eligible for a full refund of {$150.00}. The refund was processed by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and despite me explaining to XXXX that I had a new Business Bank Account w/ Wells Fargo they refunded the money to the closed business account. I called Wells Fargo customer service at XXXX six times between XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX I was told on the first XXXX calls that occurred between these dates that the funds were sent back to XXXX. This was not true. XX/XX/XXXX -my XXXX call to Wells Fargo XXXX was able to file a claim. I was told to wait 10 business days for the claim to process, which I did. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX received a letter from Wells Fargo XXXX Assistance XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX that they completed the research and " a processing error did not occur, consider your claim closed. '' I did not receive the money via deposit into my current business account w/ Wells Fargo XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I called twice ( the toll free # above ) and was hung up on after working with the agent for about XXXX minutes. Immediately called back again, spoke with a different agent ( at the Wells Fargo customer service # I provided above ) and she could see the money was refunded to my closed account on XX/XX/XXXX. She transferred me to a XXXX named XXXX in the Online Division of Wells Fargo and he confirmed the money shows it was refunded by XXXX to my closed Wells Fargo account. After " XXXX '' from the Online Division of Wells Fargo did his research he could only start another claim ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and told me I had to wait another 10 business days for the money to be refunded to my current business account.
