I went to a car dealership in XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida to purchase a vehicle in XXXX XXXX At the time i had no job, was working on and off with XXXX and XXXX ride sharing companies. Unbeknown to me at the time, someone from the dealership made up a fraudulent income on a form and used it to qualify me for the car. The interests was high, and i was told to pay about {$600.00} per month because of the false income they made up. I realized later that it was a regular practice with the dealership and the finance company. This finance company has been sued by at least 34 Attorney Generals in various states for deceptive practices, predatory loans etc. They settled, but continued these fruadulent practices. I sued in Federal Court and it was dismissed sending me to arbitration. I went to arbitration and they turned a blind eye saying that they have no jurisdiction in the matter. I struggled with this predatory loan for 6 years, then could not keep up anymore. So the finance company as usual repossessed the car on XX/XX/2022. This is injustice and i as a consumer needs help.
