I canceled three warranties and on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX mailed out two checks. One was for {$3700.00} and the other was {$1400.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX received another check from the dealership in the amount of {$1700.00} for two other warranty policies that where canceled. I received two statements for XXXX and XXXX saying I have no payments due ; therefore, I did not pay for those months. On XX/XX/XXXX, someone from XXXX XXXX XXXX told me I was late for two months and that my statements was incorrect. Now they reported me late and my credit dropped XXXX XXXX XXXXhis is not fair to me or my credit that they sent me no payment due statements and now trying to backtrack saying I owe. I had a XXXX credit score now I do not because of there negligence. Also, they are saying I owe {$2800.00}. This is causing me XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX because now I have to worry about them repossessing my car and I have XXXX XXXX I have to get back and forth to work and take my children to school and daycare. This is not fair, and now my credit is hurting. I will sue if it is not removed from my credit because this is violating my consumer rights! This is XXXX XXXX error!
