I contacted Transunion on XX/XX/2022, to dispute fraudulent items I found on my credit report by mail. I got my dispute results on XX/XX/2022 stating that the items I was disputing were either deleted or were not appearing on my report. A few days later, on XX/XX/2022, I noticed that Transunion had without my knowledge or permission unknowingly reinserted some of the deleted items on my credit report, and claimed they were verified a couple hours later. I tried to contact the company about it, the fraud department gentleman on the phone line said that this was nothing and to disregard and the items should be deleted, so I did and went about my day, and a few hours later I get an email notification saying the disputes were updated and the accounts were somehow validated. This is unacceptable. I have received no documentation from either Transunion or from the " original creditor '' that proves I gave written consent to anyone to furnish these items on my report ; and if the creditors state that I gave written consent, it was only due to an uninformed decision, and I was not given proper disclosure of my rights under thXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Act.
