Account Resolution Services, LLC received my Cease and Desist communication on XX/XX/2021. They were to stop reporting this invalid debt and never stop reporting the information. Account Resolution Services, LLC never verified the debt nor did they produce an agreement that authorized the company to collect on alleged debt. It is a violation to 15 usc 1692f ( 1 ) and considered unfair practices to claim that a consumer owes a debt without the proof of an authorized agreement. I am challenging Account Resolution Services, LLC investigative process and for them to provide the agreement under penalty of perjury. Account Resolution Services, LLC was supposed honor my cease and desist order for ALL communications, but the company stated that reporting to consumer reporting agencies wasn't considered communication. As a debt collection agency, Account Resolution Services, LLC should be aware that communication is defined in the FDCPA as the conveying of information regarding a debt directly or indirectly to any person through any medium. Isn't Account Resolution Services, LLC conveying information regarding an alleged debt to a person or persons known as a consumer reporting agency through a medium known as my consumer report? This is a violation of the FDCPA under 15 usc 1692c ( c ). Account Resolution Services, LLC also said that another company " referred '' the alleged debt. I challenge Account Resolution Services, LLC to provide proof of this " provider agreement '' under the penalty of perjury. I would like to bring to Account Resolution Services, LLC 's attention and for the record. According to 15 usc 1692j ( a ), It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating. Because of Account Resolution Services, LLC failure to follow my cease and desist order and their multiple acts against the FDCPA, I will be pursuing remedy for all injuries against me pursuant to 15 usc 1692k. I demand deletion of this account and the companies bond information. This is complete FRAUD. I have attached the proof they sent which was nothing but a account number. This debt has been continued to be reported inaccuracies have been ruining my reputation and left me unable to purchase a home or a vehicle. Laws like these were made for consumers not to be took advantage of and if you just look at the proof provided by Account Resolution Services, LLC you will understand that I am probably not the only consumer life they have harmed. Publishing deceptive forms and continue reporting for 11 months almost a year after receiving the cease and desist.
