Hello. This account XXXX XXXX Account number : [ XXXX ] was opened by my husband for himself as reported in XX/XX/XXXX ( I'm only an authorized user ). However after asking that the payment history and dates be updated and corrected ( on XXXX XXXX, they have again all reported differently from all XXXX bureaus. The bill has been paid by due date every month since he's gotten it. But, there are many violations on the credit report when comparing XXXX 's credit report to XXXX 's credit report because Experian has completely deleted every record of having an account now according to my XX/XX/XXXX credit report pull. Which makes it a complete violation to report anything on the payment history, with no reportings showing for an account at all from that bureau. It has also been over 30 days again. I am aware that all XXXX bureaus must show the same reportings line-by-line on a credit report, or it's considered a violation. And According to the FCRA everything must be 100 % accurate. ( According to the CFPB bulletin on XXXX XXXX ) theres a requirement from the FCRA for CRAs to investigate all relevant information regarding a dispute. And there were XXXX things listed as requirements that has not been upheld regarding my credit safety as a consumer and citizen. I'm dealing with adverse affects because of my credit now because of me disputing and trying to get a fair credit investigation. My credit score has dropped a lot within the past month. And me and my family have not been able to obtain our own housing now.
