Me and my family no longer have our own home due to the constant credit issues. This account XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Account number is XXXX. I have sent disputes for investigation multiple times. But nothing has changed in regard of this account. I sent this account for investigation on XX/XX/XXXX through certified mail. It has been more than XXXX days now, and my recent credit report ( XX/XX/XXXX ) still shows many inaccuracies and violations. A few being ; payment status says " paid " for Equifax but nothing for the other XXXX bureaus. I have proof showing that this was paid to be deleted even though it was wrongfully charged to me. I paid it just to get housing for my family in XXXX. I will attach the receipt and tracking number from the certified mail disputes. I'm requesting monetary relief per violation on this account and deletion.
