BlockFi has paused withdrawals and not honoring withdrawals done before the pause. On XXXX, I withdrew the amount of {$14000.00} in the digital currency XXXX on BlockFi they sent a ( clearly fake email ) saying it was canceled due to " not completing identity verification ''. I never received this verification. I was only sent texts to click a link if it was fraudulent or ignored and they would move digital currency to XXXX. Now I am unable to re-try the withdrawal due to the withdrawal pause. I made this withdrawal BEFORE BlockFi paused withdrawals for all my funds. This also included moving XXXX {$3800.00} and XXXX {$2200.00} to XXXX. These withdrawals have still not gone through but were initiated before the withdrawal pause they put in place. I'm guessing I will receive a " You did not complete the identity verification '' or some other notification to swindle me. I took a big chance on this company even defending them during these XXXX issues and they promised in online threads that our money was safe. I would just like them to honor my withdrawals.
