I felt sick and I was unable to use the card ; I called the bank asking for help and they couldnt advising to do a payment plan, but I declined to do a payment plan. Unfortunately, the representative put me in a payment plan without my authorization. I emailed them complaining to take me out of the payment plan and they responded after some days that they will do it, now I needed to use the card To buy medicine and the card still locked. I called an they say that I will receive an email. I dont know what to do anymore Im in a hard ship situation
