i previously disputed XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/22 asking for full validation on this account letter was sent out certified and returned labeled. I have been fraudulently contacted by collection companies in the past for unsubstantiated debts. For this reason its that i was asking for full validation as i do not recall having account open. I never got a reply form bureaus nor original company but i did get my returned labeled signed by bureaus. So, I know they got my letter. But, still dont understand why they have ignored me! I ended up writing a second letter on XX/XX/22 as a 30 day no response still up to this date i have not received any documentation. I have not been notified account investigation has began and dates on credit report have updated this is not acceptable. Account is stating dispute was under investigation now resolved by XXXX XXXX XXXX I strongly disagree as i have not been notified nor have i received any documentation verifying debt is mine.
