On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a credit file dated XX/XX/2022. The confirmation number is XXXX. I noticed fraudulent activity on my credit file. Equifax has allowed me to be subjected to fraud by allowing inquires that I did not benefit from to be reported on my consumer profile. According 18 USC 1028A these companies obtained and disclosed my credit report under false and fraudulent pretenses which constitutes identify theft. This type of activity is in violation of 15 USC 1642, USC 1681m, 12 CFR 1001 because I, the consumer, made an application in good faith, but no credit was issued. Furthermore, my social security was used and I received no benefit. This is proof of fraudulent activity unauthorized use of my credit card by the inquiries on my credit report.
