Hyundai Motor Finance lease end buy-out interrupted with Covid-19. I paid off vehicle in full XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX agrees and acknowledges to CFPB full payment received XX/XX/XXXX. - see attached highlighted dispute response XX/XX/XXXX. Bank statement of my payment withdrawal also attached. Repeated ignored follow up calls and emails to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for them to complete title transfer after they received funds- see attached records. They wouldn't process transfer paperwork for 4+ months. A XXXX Service Rep told me the paperwork on my XX/XX/XXXX purchased vehicle was also sold to wholesaler. Rather than accepting error, XXXX continued false charge-off reporting thru XX/XX/XXXX. They have been made are aware and continue to provide incomplete and inaccurate responses to XXXX and CFPB. To date, XXXX refuses to provide me a breakdown of payments made ( including lease extension payments ) against actual amount paid at XX/XX/XXXX buyout. And why they had reported charge-offs into XXXX. For 2+ years XXXX has violated my Federal and State rights under FCRA and has made inaccurate statements to CFPB on this matter. They refuse to provide confirmation documentation of the sales price per terms of lease buyout ( extension payments should have been deducted ). Hyundai Motor finance has a serious history of consumer credit reporting violations as evidenced in the most recent XXXX XXXX penalty for widespread credit reporting failures.
