On XX/XX/22 I informed Experian to remove my fraud alert by mail and I enclosed all proof of identity documents. They still haven't removed the fraud alert. I've also called Experian multiple times to have this removed over past 2 months and didn't removed it. I didn't even ask for a fraud alert. They just need to remove it. I already sent my ID, SS card, and proof of address to them a week ago. Experian, there should be NO fraud alert on my file! You changed it from extended fraud alert to it now being a one year fraud alert. I've asked multiple times for no fraud alert being on my file. Enclosed is ID, social security card, and proof of address.
