I requested a copy of the legal agreement for this account showing my signature. I also requested a copy of all related documents with my authorization and acceptance of terms and conditions. I received a response stating that the account was reported accurately but did not receive the requested documents. I tried to request the same information a second time and was denied. I was told I could only request this information once and the company verified as accurate. I submitted another request asking for an explanation from the credit agencies on how they can verify something I never approved. That request was also denied. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. XXXX XXXXC 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent.
