XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX Re : Account # XXXX XXXX XXXX : My name is XXXX XXXX. Today I went to the location in XXXX on XXXX XXXX where I have been making my business loan payments since XX/XX/XXXX and found out that half of the payments that I have been making since XXXX have not been credited to my account. I have enclosed the statement from the branch and emails between myself and the law firm. In addition, I pulled my credit report today and found out that XXXX XXXX shows my account as being {$9000.00} past due with a balance of {$17000.00}. This information is incorrect. I have been making payments on my account since XXXX at XXXX XXXX branches. Paying this loan with my business closed and unemployed for most of XXXX and XXXX was extremely difficult, but I did. As a small food company, I was hit hard by XXXX. XXXX XXXX provided me with XXXX previous business loans that I repaid early. However, I struggled to repay the third loan due to a horrible experience with a XXXX XXXX manufacturer, causing me to lose a large order to a major store. I would like to speak with someone at a branch who will correct my account, find and apply the missing payments, clarify why the interest rate is almost 10 %, and correct the inaccurate information to the credit bureaus, correct my credit report, and remove the returned check fees for payments that the XXXX branch on XXXX XXXX lied and told me they never received. I disagree with a judgement ever being placed upon me ; It was malicious and cruel and not necessary to punish me so severely financially after I had made successful early payments on XXXX previous business loans. This was especially cruel that it was done in XXXX. Yesterday I spoke with XXXX XXXX in Collections who I do no trust or believe will take this matter seriously.
