I been receiving phone calls of harassment, profane, abusive, vituperative language, threats of being sent to jail and prison, threats of XXXX and death from Bonneville Collections Debt Collection Representatives for a debt collection account from the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$11000.00}. The debt collection account is a fraudulent account and not my account and is the result of identity theft. Reference Number : XXXX. Bonneville Collections is in complete violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) under federal law.
