Company Inquiry Date Removal Date XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am writing because I did not give your company permission to display such information on my behalf to my credit report. If you have documents with my signature stating that I gave your company permission to display this information send to the address above for review. If not you are infringing on my right to privacy and thats a violation of FCRA 15 U.S.C 1681 ( 4 ) Further more did XXXX Validate this information with these companies prior to furnishing? If so provide me with a copies of any documentation with these accounts with my signature authorizing and inquiry. I demand these inquiries be Deleted immediately. I know you have up to 30 days to produce requested contracts, or delete these fraudulent items that is affecting my right to extend credit causing harm to my reputation. Enclosed is my state identification card and Social Security number for identification.
