Consumer Narrative
I believe my income was to low for the mortgage payments and it was pushed through even with that being the case. currently my mortgage is {$890.00} per month while my monthly income is {$1000.00} from XXXX. My family did suffer a hardship due to XXXX as my grandson was working and able to assist me, he was out of work due to covid for several months. During that time other family members did help out when they could however everyone in my family has been suffering due to the cost of living being extremely high-we cant seem to catch up. As I was speaking with a lady I befriended she made mention that I should have never been approved for the mortgage with no more income than what I had and I should look into the reason I was approved.
