I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX with financing though Byrider on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX. My total payment amount once the car is paid off will be {$33000.00} which is three times the amount the car is worth. I went to the location I purchased the car from and told them I wanted the purchase unwound and that I want my trade car back and my down payment refunded. I have been given the run around by both the sales side and financial side. I was told specifically by the general XXXX that Im not the first person that this has happened to, which leads me to believe that they have done this many times before and deliberately just to make money off of desperate people.
