BSI, you are now in violation of my consumer rights, BSI has failed to update my mortgage payment in a prompt manner. You are in direct violation of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. BSI continues to call me and harass me about a late payment for XXXX when in fact BSI has taken my payment in the amount of {$6200.00} on XX/XX/2022. BSI has received paperwork and proof of payment via e-mail and phone on On Wednesday, XX/XX/2022 at XXXXXXXX XXXX EST and error is still has not been corrected. Today I have received notice of a late payment charge for XXXX payment which is not correct. I demand that you correct my account immediately. A full complaint has been made to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau explaining these facts and your companys failure to follow federal guidelines.
