This relates to a closed creditor 's account : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$9800.00} XXXX. I have been notified by Equifax of the alleged guilt above. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692a, Congressional Findings or Declaration of Purpose, I hereby inform you that I am suffering XXXX and financially as a result of your fraudulent conduct with intent to harm. Equifax and its representatives pestered me about alleged debts that weren't even confirmed nor verified. Equifax provided a statement and a copy of the consumer contract as evidence of guilt, but according to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX a copy of XXXX XXXX 's consumer report is not sufficient evidence of debt. Equifax has not respected my privacy rights under 15 USC 1681 a4. Equifax failed to meet their responsibilities ; they were partial, and unfair. Equifax had no valid purpose under 15 USC 1681 b2 I never directed you to write this report, nor did I agree with it in any way.
