I have a XXXX credit card whom seems to have no policy towards dates they report to the credit bureaus. In a previous conversation I was informed XXXX bank reports to the credit bureaus on the closing date of each months billing statement. This would be consistent with Bank policies across the board. This information is also part of the consumer agreement and contract. My XXXX billing cycle ends on XX/XX/XXXX. However, XXXX reported the balance to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX, according to Experian and XXXX. WHY? I am in the process to purchasing a house and obtaining a mortgage in XXXX of XXXX. Therefore I have a goal to pay off all my cards and it is important to know when each reports to the credit bureaus. Therefore, I am requesting XXXX bank to provide me with their policy and the expected date my account is reported to the credit bureaus each month. Example ; is it the due date, the date the billing cycle ends or some other date each month. * I am also requesting a copy of the AUD XXXX furnished to the credit Bureaus for the month of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
