They are requesting I provide them with a copy of my social security card, drivers license and other personal information. I am the victim of identity theft, so I am not willing to provide anyone with any personal information. I have a personal and religious objecting to companies using numbers as a means of identifying me. Regretfully, I can not prevent XXXX XXXX XXXX collecting personal information and using my social security number or drivers licenses number to identify me. I can comply with my religious beliefs by not assisting nor supporting the use of a number as an identifier.
