Please be advised that as of today as listed on my most recently reviewed consumer report, there are several fraud/unauthorized inquires listed. As a reference, please see the below inquiries : XXXX ( XX/XX/2022 ) XXXX ( XX/XX/2022 ) * XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/2022 ) I am hereby notifying you that neither on that those dates or dates similar did I authorize any individual from the listed company to pull or review my consumer report. Additionally, I have not given Equifax the right to furnish this information. Having understood this is a violation of 15 USC 1681 ( B ) ( C ). Both together and separately my consumer and privacy rights are being violated. Unless they can produce any proofs or evidence that support your claim or show that you were right in your decision to furnish this information... please remove the abovementioned inquiries. It is Equifax 's duty to accurately report information and as of now they are not doing that. I look forward to someone resolving this matter with this initial communication.
