On XX/XX/2022 I received a copy on my consumer report, and I noticed that someone else information was added to my credit report. I immediately contacted all parties involved about this matter and have tried to work this out to get this inaccurate information removed from my reports. Under the Fair Credit reporting Act this is a violation of my rights as a consumer. XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting an auto loan that does not belong to me, the CFPB States the FINANCE COMPANY XXXX XXXX XXXX IS IN VIOLATION OF 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) ( ii ) for false and inaccurate information.
