Hello, I'm writing this complain follow up a previous complaint. I had an issue with Pro Collect with Derogatory claim on my Credit Report. COMPLAINT ID XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX Pro Collect sent me a deletion letter that was suppose to resolve the issue. Now the issue is that there is a duplicate account for the same derogatory claim on my report. I contacted Pro Collect and they said they don't see the duplicate, but I have proof its on my report. It's effecting my ability to purchase a house for my family. It's not right that Pro Collect has made many mistakes and now aren't taking responsabilty for duplicate account.
