I applied for capital one credit card and they keep denying me. I have attached their reason. Capital one does not understand that I can't be denied credit, credit is a right granted as pursuant to 12 cfr part 1002.2 ( j ). Capital one is discriminating against me and they are not granting me the right of extension as a natural person primarily for personal, family, or household purposes when I am exercising my right to credit in good faith. When I provided my social security card number I provided my credit card according to 15 usc 1602LThe term credit card means any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.
