I called Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/2022 to report unauthorized transaction, the young lady advised she would need to cancel my card and send me a new card. I advised that I did not want to cancel my XXXX and did not want to move forward with the request as I need my card for the weekend, she said ok. Not only was my card canceled without my permission 2 days later she did not order me a new card after explaining to how important it was to have my card. This caused embarrassment while try to make a purchase and was done without my consent.
