To whomever it may concern, XXXX was notified that XXXX XXXX made a mistake in reporting on my XXXX XXXX. They also made errors reporting to student aid.gov. They were sent email correspondence with the student account department at XXXX, admitting to this in writing and suggesting that I make a report to address it more quickly. XXXX has not removed the fraudulent late payment, contrary to fair credit reporting guidelines. Moreover, the loan qualified for forbearance and is in the process of being consolidated. XXXX has informed me that they reported this as an error to be removed, so it is an abomination that XXXX has failed to remove it.
