This is in regards to report number XXXX from Experian. I submitted a reinvestigation dispute because they have not removed a Bankruptcy from my credit report. They did not fully comply with the FCRA in reinvestigating the report and XXXX. They still have not removed this from my report. They reinvestigate and stated that they received information and stated that the company that reported the information has certified to Experian that the information is accurate. Now, I do have a Memorandum from the United States bankruptcy Court of District of maryland Office of the Clerk stating that the United States Bankruptcy Court does not report any information to the credit bureaus and is not responsible for verifying or validating information from consumers ' credit files. Here we find that this investigation was false and misleading and therefore Experian needs to be held accountable for this. I am requesting that the record be permanently deleted from file.
