My son purchased XXXX Vanilla Visa prepaid cards for {$25.00} each, XXXX for me and XXXX for my wife.. wifes card wont work in stores tried XXXX times, the other card the company says it was charged by XXXX XXXX and now has a balance of XXXX. Called the company waited XXXX hour the first time for them to answer, they did nothing said call back in XXXX days. called again yesterday waited XXXX minutes, they will not replace the cards. Ive tried their website number of times and logged in too and says cards are nonexistent or error it says, XXXX day my card had a XXXX balance the next XXXX, my wife can not get her card to work at stores. This company should be put out of business because of the complaints they have i see online they take peoples money. i called visa today and they called and hooked me up with vanilla gift card and waited another XXXX minutes and got no answer. Vanilla gift cards are a scam for sure..hope you can help with this! thanks i called Vanilla on XXXX and XXXX and today the XXXX.
