On XX/XX/2022, I pulled my credit, and saw that ARS is reporting several accounts on my report. Account : XXXX, alleged debt : {$1000.00} Account : XXXX, alleged debt : {$310.00} Account : XXXX, alleged debt : {$1500.00} On XX/XX/2022, I sent ARS a letter requesting the below information : XXXX. Breakdown of fees including any medical charges and collection costs XXXX. A copy of my signature with the providers of service to release my medical information to you XXXX. Cease any credit bureau reporting until the alleged debt has been validated by me. I received a letter from ARS dated XX/XX/2022 without providing me the information I requested to validate these alleged debts. Per the HIPAA Collection Laws and FDCPA, the information that I have requested is not to their discretion and/or whatever they see fit, they are to comply, but they chose to violate my rights. So, on XX/XX/2022, I sent them another letter demanding a cease of the accounts and delete them off my credit reports immediately. However, I received another letter from them dated XX/XX/2022 completing ignoring my letter and sending me the same generic letter they previously sent that was dated XX/XX/2022. I was asking for validation, not verification. I am demanding that they cease collection and delete these accounts off my credit reports.
