On the following dates : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX accessed my TransUnion consumers credit report without my knowledge nor consent. I reached out to XXXXXXXX XXXX to inquire who and why my consumers credit report was accessed. They told me that I made an insurance quote request. They told me that I gave them authorization to access my report. I informed XXXX that I did not, nor would I ever give permission for them to access my consumers credit report. I also asked how they got my social security number and other personal indicators to access my consumer credit report. They the management representative I spoke with was not able to answer my question. I requested they produce competent evidence written or verbal recording that I provide them my personal information and permission to access my consumer credit report. More than a reasonable period has passed since my request with no response from XXXX. My attempts to follow up with the management representative have been unsuccessful. My voice mails have gone un-returned.
