XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX TN XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX also known as XXXX XXXX XXXX received an updated Consumer XXXX XXXX Report # XXXX dated for XX/XX/2022, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX in a letter stating you are in violation of credit reporting act 15 USC 1681B for unlawfully obtaining my XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Consumer report on the dates XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX Without my authorization and permissible purpose under the FCRA as a result of you unlawfully obtaining my custom report you are liable to me actual damage or statutory damage up to {$1000.00} and punitive damages. I am willing to settle this matter without admitting liability, cease and desist obtaining copies of my consumer report from the consumer reporting agencies pay me {$1000.00} and deliver it to my address above within 10 days of receiving this demand. Please advise as a secured party/creditor, I am prepared to place a commercial lien on your company if you do not comply with this demand upon time or receipt of the thousand dollars and deletion or any increase on my credit file this letter should serve and shall be general release of all claims herein. I have a contacted XXXX consumer reporting Agency about this matter giving them proof of identity theft and they have since blocked Discover from my reports and I have it for my reference. Discover knowingly viewed my reports knowing they had no permission to do so.
