I called on XX/XX/2022 And asked for the balance of XXXX to be moved from my credit builder account to my checking account and was told that they would instead they closed my credit builder account and sent a check to a address that I was not living at for a year now I told them that I had no way of getting access to the address nor did I have access to the mobile app I told them my id was misplaced they then opened my credit builder account back up and have issued another check after telling me they were going to put the money immediately back in my credit builder this has been going on for 3 plus weeks and they keep telling me different stories everytime I call I told them that my car broke down and I was far away from home and I needed my money they are taunting my situation and I don't think it is funny I just want my money placed back into my account.
