I have been expecting a refund from XXXX on an investment that did not go through. They, XXXX told me that their correspondent bank, Silicon Valley Bank. XXXX sent me an email showing that SILICON VALLEY BANK completed the wire transfer on XX/XX/2022. They say the {$1000.00} was deposited in my XXXXXXXX XXXX account and sent an email verification to XXXX which they forwarded to me. XXXX XXXX confirmed there we no wire transfers into my account in the month of XX/XX/2022. I called Silicon Valley Bank customer service, and they said they could only talk to XXXX. XXXX does not take phone calls. I emailed both XXXX and SILICON VALLEY BANK XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX yesterday XX/XX/XXXX and copied XXXX XXXX XXXX and have not received any response from either. Silicon Valley Bank has NOT wired the {$1000.00} into my account and they will not take my calls. Please help me. This has been going on now for 2 or more months.
