Starting on XX/XX/XXXX I began to applyf for a car loan. I could not get approved by ANYONE. I then proceeded to go investigate my credit report and scores. i retrieved my Experian score from XXXX Bank and i was shocked.I also came to find out my information was shown in a data breach 3 times with XXXX. Most of the activity on my report is a result of Identiy theft. I did file a report with Identitytheft.gov. I also have alerts on any credit use. I contacted XXXX, Experian and XXXX over the phone, today XX/XX/XXXX, and was yessed to death by XXXX and ignored by both Experian and XXXX. When i tried to explain in detail the problem with my report i was told no supervisor was available and call back at a later date. No one is helping me. I asked that the items ( will include below ) be removed immediatly due to the fact that i am a victim of Identity Theft. Now i feel violated. Not by just the persons or people who were trying to commit fraud with my information, but also by EXPERIAN, XXXX and XXXX. I thought these companies worked for US, the people of the UNITED STATES. i have come to learn now they DO NOT. They have also stolen my identity as i never gave them permission or consent to put anything on my credit report. Now i do have activity and 2 accounts, and inquiries that are infact iniciated by myself, but i WILL NOT stand by and allow my credit to be damaged by a criminal or a companies that make money off information on me THAT IS NOT TRUE. I HAVE A RIGHT TO PRIVACY persuant to 15 USC CODE 1681 I have a right to privacy with my personal information, which in this case Fraudulently OR Real is still a report that is now, RUINING MY ABILITY TO WORK because I can not be approved for any loans to aquire a car. I AGAIN IN NO WAY GAVE ANYONE CONSENT NOR PERMISSION TO REPORT ANYTHING ABOUT ME! Therefore i am a victim of identity theft and my rights are VIOLATED by these companies.I did earler this year investigate and concluded that 2 accounts on my report were false, and i was told they were verified. li asked how and i was GIVEN NO PROOF. They could not prove any such thing as they are in fact NOT MINE. i will list below the items that are incorrect in hopes that your Bureau can help me. At this point Im about to be homeless due to NO TRANSPORTATION to work. I only wish i had known how seriously false information could effect my livelihood.
