Fay Servicing has charged me late fees for my payments from XXXX of 2022 through XXXX of 2022. 1. Fay states cashing my cheque that was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. My bank shows the cheque was cashed on XX/XX/XXXX. 2. Fay states cashing my cheque that was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. My bank shows my cheque was cashed on XX/XX/XXXX. 3. Fay states cashing my cheque that was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. My bank shows my cheque was cashed on XX/XX/XXXX. 4. Fay states receiving my ACH payment for XXXX on XX/XX/2022. My bank shows my ACH payment was taken from my account on XX/XX/XXXX. Fay needs to look at when my payments were dropped in the mail, which is stamped on the envelope, and correct the dates that my payments are being applied. I shohuld not be charged late fees for payments that arrived on time or for payments that I mailed in a timely manner. I have attached my bank account statements for these 4 months.
