I am making this CFPB complaint in order to get the fraudulent accounts and information that are being reported on my credit file removed as soon as feasible. My credit report contains a significant number of unlawful requests as well as some false information reporting. My identity has been hijacked, and I am aware of it. As a result, I formally reported this to the FTC under File Number XXXX. In accordance with FCRA Section 605B rules, I have integrated that report into my complaint ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ).
