Consumer Narrative

Hello, I'm writing a letter of concern with the communication I had with Tower Loan ( in particular the branch manager which I only know as " XXXX '' ). The communication began on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX cst with a representative named " XXXX ( or XXXX ) it was in regards to a missed payment on the XXXX ( the due date is on the XXXX of each month, but you're giving a 9 day grace period- so since the first initial payment on XX/XX/XXXX, I've paid on time for a year and currently as of XXXX this is the first time being past due on this loan ). So I apologize for not paying the amount on the due date ( XXXX ), I explain the reason why I missed the payment and I tell her to be assured that a payment will reappear in XXXX and I'll just pay the past due balance and the next month fee. She speaks to me in a " bemoaning '' fashion as if she's annoyed by my response, I pick up on the tone and remind her that she doesn't need to attempt to harass me for any reason and that again, I will make the payment when the next month rolls around. She kept referring to me by my first name instead of last and I took exception. She hangs up when I mention not to call me again. I forward a call back to tower loan at XXXX XXXX cst and spoke to a " XXXX '' I mentioned to her for the other representative ( XXXX ) to show me respect and for no one there to constantly call me if a missed payment occurs because of the consistency in my payment history and I will communicate if there's a issue. At XXXX cst I received another call from tower loan ; it was from the branch manager ( he told me XXXX but wasn't given a last name ). He ask what's the situation and I explained and I told him I would make a payment on/by XX/XX/XXXX. Now even though I'm only 11 days past due ( and if technical then 20 days ) XXXX tells me that he will have to forward my account as " delinquent '' if a payment isn't made by XX/XX/XXXX. Now that's a bully tactic and that's a big no-no And not near 30 days past due. So the response wasn't applicable. From that point XXXX displayed a " juvenile '' mental frame. From there I simply told XXXX to not call me again since that was his response to the matter, he declines my request and states that " he can keep calling because I owe him money ''. Then it's because ", he's trying to help me and doesn't want to take the matter to court '' I tell simply tell XXXX to do what he see 's fit because I'm not paying on the premise that my credit will be falsified because of it being pinged as deliquent and it's not even 30 days past due ( and it's suppose to be XXXX days before that's a option ). So that can be relegated as deceptive practice, underhanded business tactics, distortion of credit score via false statements by XXXX Loan So XXXX called me again at XXXX and stated " I think we got disconnected '' and I told him I hung because we're at a impass and you're ignoring my request to not call me when I already express the situation and resolution ( which was declined and met with threatening language as per legal action and credit modification ). I then tell XXXX to not call again and disconnect the communication. At XXXX XXXX called again .... At that point I reiterate to XXXX his position and the advantage of my position in pertainance to what he's doing in a short manner on this subject. I then him ( XXXX XXXX a tip on how spam call using burner numbers instead of just ignoring the ramifications and using the company line AFTER communication on the matter was already render *A hour later I stated to get spam calls from burner numbers, lol. *Again the payment is only XXXX past due and it's the XXXX time this situation has arose since payments started a year ago, so there's no sample size that conduces this response* * Because Alabama is a one consent state I record all communications. So I have the XXXX calls with XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX respectively. I also believe a hidden fee was tacked on in the loan amount {$680.00} in XXXX now it's XXXX so near {$400.00} was tacted on after my conversation with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX *AUDITORY CONFIRMATION WILL NEED TO BE REGISTERED
