XX/XX/2022 went to XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Texas and inquired about getting new car they specifically stated they will do a soft credit pull, but unfortunately they did a hard pull, then today XX/XX/2022 I get a report on all 3 credit bureaus about hard pulls on like 20 companies that I don't know off nor have heard them, contacted the companies and they don't have an account with me after not giving me an explanation on who authorized or when or why, called XXXX, called the credit bureaus, called everyone and no one has an answer no one is taking responsibility I'm now stuck with hard inquiries that will be in my credit report that I have no knowledge of
